A Hedgewitch was the original practitioner in early communities. A Hedgewitch lived in harmony with nature and cultivated their development and power through their direct multi-sensory perception of the workings of nature. The knowledge of their craft may have been passed down through their ancestors but they relied extensively on their own instincts, sensory perceptions, and intuitions. The natural magic of their multi-sensory perceptions and multi-dimensional awareness were a seamless part of their every day lives.
They were intertwined with natural rhythms that echoed the tides, seasons, rhythms, and movements of nature. Embedded firmly in these natural rhythms they grew their power through a true inner journey of personal awareness and constant connections to these natural rhythms.
Living on the edge of but serving their community, a Hedgewitch fostered their training and evolved their wisdom through a series heart centered, nature connected personal initiations. The realms of healing, herbs, natural magic, and the ability to discern the mystery of natural hidden patterns were where they worked. As both a shaman and a gardener a Hedgewitch was practical and eclectic in serving the earthly and spiritual needs of her or his community.
Herbalist, healer, shaman, midwife of her or his community, the Hedgewitch was a natural intuitive with the ability to stand both in the physical world and in the many subtle energy worlds. A Hedgewitch held certain powers because of his or her close relationship with the magical natural intelligences of nature.
Hedgewitchery was not a religious practice but rather a way of life that that opened the awe-filled journey into the mysteries of life through revealing inner work, meaningful self-initiations, and the exacting development of the Hedgewitch’s instincts, intuitions, sensory perceptions, and conscious multi-dimensional awareness.

Were you once really a Hedgwitch acting as midwife or healer to your community? It does not matter.
To gain the benefit of these ancient legends you do not need to be them. Rather you can dive deep into the mysteries and magic of its energies.
The energies embedded in the Hedgwitchery archetype act as contact points that usher you into the essence of the wisdom, knowledge, and self-realization held in this archetype. When we work with the natural magic and ancient wisdom of the Hedgewithcery archetype, we create a resonance that allows us to travel into the heart of its energetic signature. Here we use the essence of the collected Hedgewitch Energy Signatures throughout time to create a series of guideposts for our journey deep into our self as we find and liberate those parts of our self that have been activated by this archetype. By journeying through the Hedgewitchery archetypal landscapes, we become open to our self and more conscious and familiar with our natural multi-sensory, multi-dimensional natures. We reclaim the whole of who we naturally are.

As we draw upon the power of the Hedgewitchery transmutational wisdoms, we travel on an Inner Journey through a specific Cycle of Healing. Held within the magic, mystery, and wisdom of the Hedgewitch we are presented with its initiatory processes that prepares us to seek our own inner mysteries, natural magic, and ancient wisdom. As we recognize and reclaim our self as the Hedgwitch we rebirth our self back into the wholeness of who we really are.

The Path of the Hedgewitch:
A Mystery Journey of Spiritual and Personal Transcendence
This is a 6 month training focusing on the exploration and development of your own natural multi-sensory, multi-dimensional nature so that you can directly connect with yourself as the Hedgewitch.
Through deep transformative inner work, the direct sensory perception of natural elements and forces, sacred work with plants, and more, you will explore your own direct multi-sensory and multi-dimensional connections to Hedgewitchery and merge with and access its wisdom in your life today.
This is an experiential class where you will be guided in learning directly from Nature - just as the original Hedgewitch. Nature is the most ancient of intelligences and holds many secrets and much guidance and direction for us today. Natural Elements have things to say to you about yourself, your healing, and how you can become the steward of their secrets. The door to Nature is open only through your own natural heart intelligence.
Your heart is your most powerful perceptual and healing field you posses. By remembering how to activate your natural Heart Centered Direct Sensory Perception of Nature you will experience a conscious reconnection to your deep intuitive and multi-dimensional awareness and open the gates of communication with the Natural Intelligences of Nature.
Hedgewitchery Archetype Immersion Curriculum
This is not a training in Wiccan or Witchcraft work. We won’t be working with spells and pre-designed rituals. Rather the work we will be doing is designed to facilitate your direct rememberance of your ancient ties to this original Archetype. Our purpose is to use certain traditional work and practices to prompt the opening of your Direct Sensory Perception which will be the non-verbal language that Nature will use to teach you.
The Hedgewitchery Natural Magic/Ancient Wisdom Immersion Work is divided into six month “time out of time” Grove work dedicated to a specific Natural Element. The Oct. 2011 to March 2012 Grove is Enchanted Forest.
The intention is to do one or two six month Grove segments each year dedicated to different Natural Elements. You are only asked to commit to one six month Grove at a time. Each six month Grove segment is stand alone work and does not require any previous work. If you join successive Groves your work will grow in depth and breath and Nature will be able to work more deeply with you during each Grove.

Classes begin October 4 at the Earth Path School in rural Nelson County.

Schedule – We will meet one Tuesday a month from 10:30-6:30 for 6 months - October to March, 2012. Proposed Class Schedule:
Where - Our meetings will take place at The Earth Path School of Nature Centered Healing and Spiritual Practice in Shipman, Virginia where we will have ample access to many Natural Elements and be immersed in the natural rhythms of the great teacher – Nature.

Tuition - Full tuition is $510. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $85 is due at registration. The remainder of your tuition is due no later than October 10, 2011.

Financial Arrangements - Full tuition is due before classes begin, but we recognize some may find it difficult to make one large payment so, alternatively, upon request, and with prior approval you can finance your tuition in Monthly Payments
If you are making Monthly Payments please add an additional $24 to your Full Tuition of $510 for a total of $534. Your Monthly Tuition Payment is $89 a month for 6 payments. Your first non-refundable, non-transferable payment is due at registration. Regular Monthly Payments begin October 10, 2011.
When you are making monthly payments, all of your payments will be processed by credit or debit card, post-dated checks, or as an ACH Check-By-Phone debit from your checking account, automatically on the 1st of each month for your 6 payments.
